TRIMARK AQUACULTURE CENTRE CELEBRATES SUCCESS IN SANITATION CHALLENGE FOR GHANA (SC4GH)
On the 12th August, 2019, the management and staff of TriMark Aquaculture Centre (TAC) held a general meeting at their Chirapatre Office to celebrate their success in their just ended SaniFish-Project and the reception of the1st prize for private and non-state actors award won during the Sanitation Challenge for Ghana (SC4GH) 2019, held on the 24th July, 2019 at the Marriott Hotel (Airport City) in Accra.
Addressing the staff at the meeting, Mr. Mark Yeboah-Agyepong (Founder and Centre Director), first of all commended the entire staff of TAC for their hard work exhibited since the inception of the company since January 2019 till date. He also emphasized that the prize was specifically dedicated to Ashley Murray (Founder-Waste Enterprisers) for her special role she played in introducing TriMark to the waste-reuse business.
Talking about the future; the Centre Director urged the staff to put in more effort and strive harder so the next celebration would be because we won an international recognition. All staff were given a token as a sign of appreciation from the management.
Mr. Mark Yeboah-Agyepong also acknowledged all partner institutions; International Water Management Institute (IWMI), Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Waste Enterprisers, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and Ghana Climate Innovation Centre (GCIC) by whose support, enables the team achieve our set goals and objectives.
